For quick assessments, simple fixes, or when you prefer not to have someone come to your home, we offer convenient public meetups at safe, public locations such as local libraries, parks, or coffee shops. Here's how it typically goes:

Schedule & Choose Location: We agree on a time and a well-lit, public spot (e.g., Bullhead City Library parking area, Rotary Park, or a Starbucks). I’ll suggest a few options based on your convenience.
Meet & Assess: You bring your device. I introduce myself, show ID/business card if requested, and we review the issue together. Free diagnosis on the spot (or notes for complex cases).
Quote & Agreement: Clear quote and next steps. You approve before any work beyond a quick fix.
Documentation: Photos of device condition (with permission), model/serial notes, and text/email summary. Full receipt when complete.
Updates & Return: Progress updates via text/photos. Another meetup (or on-site delivery) for return.
