For quick assessments, simple fixes, or when you prefer not to have someone come to your home, we offer convenient public meetups at safe, public locations such as local libraries, parks, or coffee shops. Here's how it typically goes:
- Schedule & Choose Location: We agree on a time and a well-lit, public spot (e.g., Bullhead City Library parking area, Rotary Park, or a Starbucks). I’ll suggest a few options based on your convenience.
- Handover: You bring your device. I introduce myself, show ID if requested, and take your computer back to my dedicated home office for assessment and repair.
- Assessment & Quote: I assess the issue at my office and send you a clear quote via text or email. You approve before any work begins.
- Updates & Return: I provide progress updates with photos if needed. When the repair is complete, we schedule another public meetup to return your device and provide a full receipt.
